Pricing

At PDK ink we believe we offer the best value. Our prices are regularly checked and our competitors' pricing monitored to ensure that we are always competitive. This is why you may notice price fluctuations from time to time. Market forces also govern our pricing and we reserve the right at all times to change our prices without notice. Please be aware however that the price quoted on your order confirmation is always the price that you will pay.


We are a UK company based in England.

All items on our site are priced in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and you will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). If UK Pounds Sterling (£) is not your currency, the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Delivery within the United Kingdom

We try hard to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt, orders received before 1pm will almost certainly be dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability). If in the event of a delay and it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.

During the checkout process you can choose how you would like your goods to be delivered. Free delivery, which is available on all items, means your order will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery. Alternative delivery services are applicable to customers living outside of the United Kingdom.

Delivery times (within the UK)

Most of our products are supplied direct from stock and will be delivered by second class mail, the Post Office aim to deliver 92% on the next working day after posting.

Delivery is free on all items ordered from the UK.
If your purchase is outside of the UK you will be given an alternative choice during the during the checkout process.

If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.

If you do not receive your goods within seven working days you should contact us. We've found that over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage

Postage is only free for items shipped to addresses in the United Kingdom. For goods shipped to other countries we regrettably have to make an extra charge, the postage (or shipping) charge will be a fixed amount, for large orders from outside of the UK please e-mail us requesting a price for shipping.

Privacy

When you place an order we need to collect information from you to enable us to process your order quickly and efficiently. When you type in your details they will be encrypted and sent to us using a secure server (SSL). You will see a padlock or key icon appear in the corner of your web browser window to indicate a secure SSL connection has been made.

We need to know your name, address and credit or debit card details so that we can process your order. We need your telephone number and e-mail address to enable us to contact you should there be any problem with your order.

We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties.

We do not send unsolicited commercial email (UCE/Spam) to personal email addresses and all marketing email correspondence will include instructions for opting out or unsubscribing.

Customer information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984.

Cookies

Like most, our web site uses cookies to keep track of the items you choose to buy. The term 'cookies' is used to describe a very simple technology in which our web site effectively just asks your web browser to 'remember' the items you want to buy (your shopping basket contents) until you reach the checkout. Our cookies are temporary and will expire once you close your web browser.

If you would prefer not to use cookies you can disable them from within your web browser. The shopping basket system will continue to work on most platforms but if you encounter problems, (e.g. items not appearing in your shopping basket) you will have to re-enable cookies within your browser if you wish to continue shopping.

Quality Assurance

We believe that the goods we offer are of good quality and we make every attempt to offer the most efficient service we can. However, should our goods or services not live up to your expectations then please contact us.

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.

We will refund money paid for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging.


We endeavour to process and respond to complaints and returns within five working days.

Cancellation

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from PDK ink you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) within thirty days and we will give you your money back. You must call or e-mail us to obtain a returns number and return instructions before sending any items back.
